Ground Cover Film

Ground cover film is covered by the greenhouse and/or glasshouse structure, or in open field application, with up to 14-meter film width, used for covering the total cultivating area.

PE film is produced using co-extrusion technology which makes it strong & durable. Available in bi-color/ single opaque versions that resist extreme weather conditions to fit all required applications.

High mechanical properties laid on the total ground superficies covered by the greenhouse cover film and/o glasshouse structure, or in open field application with up to 14 meter film width.

It covers the total cultivated land and creates good isolation with limited soil contamination. It provides high sunlight reflection in view of the opaque layer that blocks light transmission through the film, leading to better photosynthesis and restraining foot traffic.

The black layer helps in retaining maximum sunrays during the day and transmitting it to the soil during the night by providing the optimized environment for plant growth.

Features & Benefits

Reduce soil pathogen contamination from one greenhouse to the next by limiting foot traffic

Limit weed germination

Prohibit soil erosion

Create good isolation to control the root zone temperature

Produced using co-extrusion technology with high mechanical properties laid on the total ground superficies covered by the greenhouse cover film and/o glasshouse structure, or in open field application with up to 14 meter film width.

It covers the total cultivated land and creates good isolation with limited soil contamination. It provides high sunlight reflection in view of the opaque layer that blocks light transmission through the film, leading to better photosynthesis and restraining foot traffic.

The upper white color layer reflects the sunrays received during the day, yet the lower black side has an opaque layer that blocks the light transmission through the film.

The mentioned features allow the plant to grow in an optimized environment.

Features & Benefits

Increase the plant’s photosynthesis activity

Limit soil heat up due to the reflective white layer

Limit soil pathogen contamination from one greenhouse to the next via foot traffic

Limit weed germination with opaque layer

Prohibit soil erosion

Withstand foot traffic

NB: Silver layer option replacing the white layer is available when the application needs to repel harmful insects
